That's a great pic, Tommy.

Agreed. Maybe a version of this can be on the Arena, either at the top or bottom.

This really sucks. He seemed like a really great guy even though I didn't get a chance to interact with him much. He will be greatly missed.

RIP Fullbug

Very sad to hear. Cancer is such brutal war for everyone involved, sometimes sleep is the best possible victory. Will definitely pray for his folk as they deal with this.

Fullbug's edit thread was one of the few things I checked whenever I found time to lurk, just to see what he'd come up with. His ideas always made me rethink the limits and go a bit crazy with my own stuff. The pic in the first post sums that up perfectly--the guy was a mad scientist.

Great job on the tribute pic, Tommy.

I know that Fullbug would be very touched to see how everyone is coming together to remember him.

It is a sad time... Death is not the end. We can't know how it is for any one individual but spirits live on and sometimes makes themselves known or pass on to elsewhere or maybe live again as well as people achieving a kind of immortality through lasting impressions, memories, and contributions. I'm relatively a newcomer here but I recognize Fullbug or Sean was a good guy and a fighting spirit who made his mark. Best wishes to Sean's spirit and his family.

You're not truly dead as long as someone out there is carrying your memory. I didn't know FB very well but every encounter i had with him was positive. He seemed like a great dude and I'm sure everyone here will keep him alive for a long time still

If you guys think it would be okay to do so, I'll add a special Memorial Match to my upcoming FPWA card between Ceese and Doc Overdose.

I don't see any issues with it, this game is how we knew both men.

This is really crushing. Reading about this is why I haven't been on much lately. Not to make it about me, but my wife is a cancer survivor, and whenever someone around me loses the fight with it, it brings up a lot of what-ifs and I take it rather hard. He was such a cool guy anyway, it doesn't take a whole lot to make his death hard to take.

I didn't talk to Fullbug that many times, but I popped into his thread about what he was going through and spoke to him a couple times in there. I would always check that thread when I came on to keep up on how he was doing. I was always really impressed with how enthusiastic he seemed for the game and the community given how much he was dealing with at the time. It says a lot about the kind of guy he was, how he always looked at the positive things here. He made this board a better place.
Also slightly there's something happy, so enjoy it!

I didn't know Fullbug well myself. He replied to me on a thread about contacting Shawn Michaels. His reply helped me confirm my decision on contacting Shawn Michaels. He seemed like a cool guy. Damn it kind of stung me to find out he passed. It's sad to hear someone apart of a community you are so close to pass on.

My condolences to the entire Firepro Arena on losing your good friend Fullbug. RIP to him.

After losing your good buddy Ceese before him well thats gotta suck and RIP Ceese too btw.

Anyway I'm glad I got to offer Fullbug some support and encouragement in his "status thread" (for lack of a better term) before his passing, I always sensed he was a really good dude and a great part of this community and am saddened I didn't get to know him even better.

On a positive note at least he got to experience the revival of one of his likely favorite game series of all time Fire Pro World with us so at least he didn't miss out on that and got a good idea how the overall finished game will play out.

Anyway as is my own personal custom whenever a pro wrestling legend dies my best friend and I will very likely have a tribute match or more in Fullbug's honor along with me probably having some tribute matches for him simply by myself.

I'm sure you all will do the same if you haven't already done so.

Rest in Peace Fullbug.

What a fantastic guy, Bug was the first in the community to really make me feel like I belonged and for that I am very grateful.

I will miss the great conversations and the fun that only you could bring to this community. Oh, and seeing your signature evolve over time. . .

We lost a great man. . .

Guys, I'm sorry to say that Sean (Fullbug) has died.

I saw the news on his partner, Tracey's, facebook page. It looks like he may have passed on the 21st.

Rest in peace, Sean.

Hi All
I just found the log in info for this site. Sorry for the delay in posting. I will not be checking in here again but Sean made me promise that I would let you all know if something happened to him..As some of you know Sean Lane had been undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer and doing well. His tumor had shrunk significantly and he was preparing for surgery on Tuesday Dec 19 2017. He was feeling strange the morning of Dec 14 and we thought it was just adjusting to the new pain meds. When he became disoriented I called an ambulance. When they arrived, they said he was in cardiac arrest. They revived him several times but am sorry to tell you that he passed away. He fought so hard and I know that one of the highlights of his last days was being on your site, interacting with everyone and creating wrestlers etc. My heart is shattered as you can imagine. He was a loving kind man and the hole he left in my heart will never be filled. If you want to contact me please feel free. my email is

It's very courageous of you to at least acknowledge us on this terrible situation and I am glad you fulfilled his promise. We may not seem like much, but we were a community that supported his battle at least from a morality standpoint. The least we can do is take solace in the fact that this community was a very much needed escape from reality for him and we appreciate all that he brought to the table.

He will be sorely missed.
