This sounds great for when I don't want to tilt my monitor towards my bed whenever I sim myself to sleep.

Re: Orochi Geese's Edit Chamber: 4/25 - Geese Walker (update)

Bug report sent right as i finished up that post  They've fixed 100% of my previous logic bug reports, so it should go through.

It's going to be a rare thing for most edits, but as we've seen in this thread it's caused quite a few headscratches already.

Re: Orochi Geese's Edit Chamber: 4/25 - Geese Walker (update)

Took me forever to sort out a test, but I can confirm that taunt while opponent down logic WILL INTERFERE with your prios from relevant standing grapple moves (bumping moves from sml, med, sml+med most likely). Setup: >100% Takedown from a med slot to 100% Stomp >Stomp priod 100% to the same Stomp (...

Re: [MOD] Move Lists

EDIT: Nevermind this, I just deactivated the movelist mod and the issue's still happening, I'll get back to you on the discord once I isolate the source. Bug: if you have the movelist mod installed, it seems to disable priorities following through for non-submission mma moves in the 'Mount' positio...

Re: Orochi Geese's Edit Chamber: 4/14 - new Geese edit

P.S. Speaking of an annoying CPU logic thing: Last night I saw something in a match that annoyed me. For those who have subscribed to either of the Geese versions (the recent one and the one from last year), you have access to his Priority logic. You know the Delayed STO is set to follow-up with a ...

Re: Orochi Geese's Edit Chamber: 4/14 - new Geese edit

He's pacing super well with my two community use guys thus far! Definitely a lot less aggressive than the previous Geese Walker, I notice he's hitting his two grounded facelock subs a whole lot less during endgame, that should get them ending matches more. I REALLY like the 'losing his patience' nar...

Re: Orochi Geese's Edit Chamber: 4/14 - Geese 2018

I'll give the edit a swing. Been largely off firepro the last few weeks, but popping on a geese variant for a test is always a treat My edit used to pin off his, but he got some weird looks in demos so I took it off. A few of my other edits taunt after theirs. Keep that pin. Plenty of those terminal...

anyone have any tips for making a competent submission edit. S P I R I T N U K E. Re: Who are your top 5-ranked edit makers on the Workshop?

It's not actually about hyping yourself up. It's about acknowledging that once you settle into a style of sim you prefer, you realize 99.99% of the time other people's edits simply will not follow it. So by default, your edits should give you the kind of sims you want to see because they're the ones...

Me, me, me, me aaaaand Jetlag.

Those of us deep enough into logic / with a stringent enough idea of what we like to see in a sim tend to favour very particular styles of logic-craft. And it just so happens that I make edits that fit the style I like to a tee.

I mean if modding is already absolutely essential...why not just ask for an option that the first down ends the match...then you don't have to worry about the broken arm look. Because figuring out the super specialized logic and mod settings given what already exists is half the fun  That said...

Re: FPWA Men's March Madness 2018 Tournament -TOURNAMENT COMPLETED! RESULTS IN 2ND POST! VIDEOS SOON!

Quick logic thing: 0/0/0 ukemi is not a spread meant for winning more. In fact, it's one of the best ways to make a jobber lose more reliably. It stops the edit from using ALL ukemi boost mechanics. In Ajax's case, it's actually a gigantic hole in his logic's armour and imo should NOT be changed if ...

Re: Games you are playing!

Into the Breach is lovely. It can feel like a series of procedurally generated chess situations, the game's tactics and design are incredibly tight. My only complaint is that it can get exhausting to play sometimes. The game expects you to pay it absolute attention, and will severely punish even the...
